"Expressions" is a one day conference designed to foster a community of respect. This conference is an attempt to engage how faith, sexuality, and culture intersect and influence one another. Participants will be invited to share and learn from their minds, bodies, and spirits. We wish to honor all faith expressions. These various expressions, when shared with mutual respect, expand and redefine our understanding of God and community. Within this context, we also want to explore how diverse expressions of human sexuality can inform our understanding and practice of faith. The leaders of this conference seek to embody the Endowment's commitment to inclusivity and justice by reaching out to participants from a wide variety of expressions (gay, straight, bisexual, transgender, questioning, female, male, multi-faith, and multi-cultural).
